Day 01 (Chennai)
Your exploration in Tamil Nadu will start from Chennai (formerly known as Madras) owes its origins to the British Empire, which established a fort-Fort St.George-and trading post here in the 17th century. Chennai is today the 4th largest city in the country.
You are picked up from the Chennai airport by the representative of Halo for your journey in Tamil Nadu.Assistance on arrival at Chennai airport and transfer to the hotel.
Later in the evening enjoy the drive through Marina Beach-considered one of the longest beaches in the world, the Marina is about 12 Kms long and is the favorite place for evening promenades. Overnight at the hotel in Chennai.
Day 02 (Chennai)
Today after breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing of Chennai visiting museum to see the Art and Bronze Gallery (closed on Fridays and Public Holidays). Fort St. George – this bastion derived its name from St. George, the patron saint of England, The State Legislature and the Secretariat are located inside this fort. Drive through the Flower and Fruit market also visit Fort museum, San Thome Basilica, High Court & Light House,St.Andrews Church,St.Thomas Mount.Overnight stay at Chennai.
Day 03 (Chennai – Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram)
After breakfast drive to Mahabalipuram enroute visiting Kanchipuram.
Kanchipuram, also close by, is a destination that is visited by almost all tourists to Chennai. In fact, along with Chennai and Mahabalipuram, Kanchipuram forms the famous Golden Triangle of the Coromandel Coast.The land of a thousand temples can be seen hurriedly in a day.The temples spread across Shiva Kanchi and Vishnu Kanchi and watch the famous Kanchi Silk weavers at work.Alzo visit the Kanchi Kamashi Amman Temple,Ekambranathar Temple,Kailasanatha Temple and and Varadharaja Perumal Temple.
In afternoon drive to Mahabalipuram. Reach and check-in at the hotel.
Mahabalipuram city is also known as Mamallapuram and is located in the Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. The city was once the capital of Pallava kings and was named after the Pallava King, Mamalla. It is flanked by a number of historical monuments of the yore. Considering the antiquity and the significance of the monuments, it has been listed amongst the world heritage sites of UNESCO. Situated at a distance of 60 km from Chennai, the rock cut temples and caves situated here are the finest in the world and originated between 7th and 9th century.
Later in the day visit Mahabalipuram known for its Pallava Art and its beautiful long beach, visit Cave Temples, Rathas Arjuna’s Penace and Shore Temples. Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.
Day 04 (Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry)
After breakfast drive to Pondichery and check in at the hotel.
Pondicherry - The small Union Territory is located in the eastern side of the Indian Peninsula. Even after the Independence of India, Pondicherry was under the French rule and it became a part of the Indian Union in 1954. Pondicherry is the place where history lingers in its majestic buildings and boulevards. The French legacy is evident in its stunning landscape and old churches.
Afternoon visiting Sri Aurobindo Ashram - Located on Rue de la marine, is the main attraction of Pondicherry. The Ashram was founded by Sri Aurobindo Ghose in 1926. He, the poet philosopher founded the Ashram to help man reach the zenith of his evolution through spiritual exercises and yoga, combined with physical activity and productive work. There are meditation sessions from Mondays to Fridays (except Thursday) 7.30 p.m. to 7.45 p.m. around the Samadhi. Also visiting Pondicherry Museum - On display are the findings of Arikamedu, the Chola bronzes and sculptures, glimpses of French heritage, specimens of modern and traditional handicraft, paintings, armouries, carvings and many other things of historical interest. War Memorial (French) - The French War Memorial on Goubert Avenue is solemn reminder of those brave soldiers who laid down their lives for their country during the First World War. Botanical Garden - Toy rail and the Jawahar BAL Bhavan is the major attractions of the park.Overnight at Pondicherry.
Day 05 (Pondicherry – Thanjavur)
Later travel by road to Tanjore, (Thanjavur) which was the ancient capital of Chola kings. Visit the Brihadeshwara temple, which was built by Raja and is termed as the crowning glory of Chola temple architecture. This temple is one of the monuments in India with World Heritage listing. Also visit the Thanjavur Palace, which was constructed in 1550 and has huge corridors, spacious halls, observation and arsenal towers. Overnight at Thanjavur.
Day 06 (Thanjavur - Tiruchirappalli (Trichy))
After breakfast take a sight seeing tour of Tiruchirappalli (Trichy). Trichy the most famous landmark of this bustling town - the Rock Fort Temple, a spectacular monument perched on a massive rocky outcrop, which rises abruptly from the plain to tower over the old city. It is reached by a flight of steep steps cut into the rock and from its summit you get a fantastic view of the town plus its other main landmark, the Sri Ranganathanswami Temple. This temple is one of the largest and most interesting temple complexes in India, built on an island in the middle of the Cauvery River and covering a staggering 2.5 sq km and Jambukeshwara Temples. Evening drive back to hotel or take a walk through old city particularly big bazaar street and China bazaar. Overnight in Trichy.
Day 07 (Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) - Madurai)
After breakfast drive to Madurai.After a short relaxation at your hotel drive to Madurai Meenakshi Temple, one of the largest temple complex in India built between the 16th and 18th centuries. Apart from the estimated 33 million sculptures there, the temple is absolutely absorbing with the endless rounds of ceremonies, prostration of countless devotees and glittering market stalls, later visit Tiruparankundram Murugan Temple, Palamuthirsolai Murugan Temple. Overnight at Madurai.
Day 08 (Madurai - Kodaikanal)
After breakfast check out and drive to Kodaikanal-situated on the southern crest of the Palani Hills at an altitude of 2100 M is this charming retreat of Kodikanal.Set up as a sanatorium in 1845 by the American Madura Mission,Kodai holds a unique distination.It happens to be the only hill station in India to be established by Americans.Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
Day 09 (Kodaikanal)
The town is a maze of churches, hotels, restaurants, touts and homemade signs advertising homemade chocolates. No sightseeing tour of Kodai can commence without the customary amble down Croaker’s Walk a strip of paves road on the steep southern mountainside. Later take sight seeing of Kodai visiting the Bryants Park, Green Vally View Point, Pillar Rock, Silver Cascade. Overnight stay at Kodaikanal.
Day 10 (Kodaikanal - Ooty)
Early morning travel by road to Ooty. Ooty, the Scotland of the East, is one of the most popular holiday destinations in South India. Go discover an Ooty that veils herself in season. Ooty has plenty of attractions, both on and off the beaten path. The Botanical Garden are well laid out with avenues of shady trees and myriad ornamental plants and flowers. But the main attraction here is the fossilized tree trunk – all of 20 million years old. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 11 (Ooty)
Move through the tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers. Lush green hills all around - a place difficult to describe. The Rose Garden, atop a hill off Etiennes Road, is all of 10 acres. In winter, when the 1919 varieties of roses of all hues are out, a stroll in this scented garden is an unforgettable experience.
John Sullivan, the first Collector and virtual founder of Ooty, constructed 2½ km long artificial lake in 1824.There is a charming lake garden, a jetty, snack bars and pony and toy train rides on offer for the kiddies. Other attractions are Doddabetta Peak and St, Stephen’s Church.Doddabetta Peak is the highest in Tamil Nadu.Lies at the juction of Western & Eastern Ghats at 2633 M above sea level. Overnight stay at Ooty.
Day 12 (Ooty - Mudumalai)
After breakfast,check out and drive to Mudaumalai.This are located along the Ooty – Mysore Highway,at the foothills of the Nilgiries,lies some of India’s best elephant country.Administered separately,the Bandipur National Park (Karnataka) and the Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary (Tamil Nadu) are but components of single spectacular ecological continuum that also includes Nagarhle 9in Karnataka) and Wayanad 9in Kerala).Bandipur and Mudumalai are located in the lower reaches of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve,which is part of the Western Ghats biodiversity hotspot.
After a short relaxation in your resort,proceed for Jeep safari.Later on visit the Theppakadu Elephant Camp,which is one of the biggest elephant camps in South India.Overnight stay at Mudumalai.
Day 13 (Mudumalai)
The Forest Department has trekking routes inside the parks and organises safaris as well.Also you can go for a Jeep safari inside the sanctuary.Overnight stay at Mudumalai.
Day 14 (Mudumalai – Ooty – Mettupalayam - Coimbatore)
Early morning transfer to Udagamandalam (Ooty) railway station to catch the famous narrow - gauge Nilgiri Blue Mountain Railway climbs down from Ooty on the plains,via Hillgrove and Coonoor to Mettupalayam,a journey of 46 km passing through sixteen tunnels,eleven stations and nineteen bridges.
Upon arrival at Mettupalayam,transfer to Coimbatore.Overnight stay at Coimbatore.
Day 15 (Coimbatore – Airport/Railway Station)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Coimbatore railway station/airport to catch the flight/train to home. On departure the tour concludes with happy memories. Tour Concludes.

- A minimum of 02 persons are required.
- For the package with transportation a minimum of 2 people is mandatory
- Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates.
- Children above the age of 05 years will be charged the applicable extra bed rates.
- In case of an extra person, the third bed is a rollaway bed or cot.
- Base category rooms are allotted for the stay, Any requirement / availability of higher category of room would incur extra cost.

- The company is not responsible for the event of any of the above mentioned sightseeing are not becoming available at a particular date caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, holidays and maintenance work in the park or museum.
- The company will not be held responsible for any damages or sabotage caused to the property of the customer due to riots, armed dacoities, terrorist activity or any other incidents, events, occurrences etc., if for any reason whatsoever his employee or representative is present at the customer's premises during such happening provided that they have no role in such happenings.
- The company is not liable to provide the vehicle(s) contracted for in case he is unable to do so on account of mob violence, riots, communal violence, strike, agitation, natural calamities, flooding, inundation, water logging, typhoon, cyclone or other obstructions/disturbances etc. adversely affecting, threatening or obstructing safe passage for the vehicle. In such event the contractor will try to provide transport to the maximum extent possible & the may customer may not insist, pressure or coerce the contractor or his driver on such occasions & reluctance, disinclination or refusal on the part of the driver will not be construed to be misconduct, dereliction, disrespect or deficiency in service on the part of the contractor. The driver's judgement is such cases to be accepted by all parties.

Reservation Policy
- Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 25% of the total tour cost in advance and balance to be paid 30 days prior to the commencing of the tour so as to protect all arrangements on definite arrival basis.
Cancellation & Refunds
- 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
- 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.
- No refund is entitled “for no shows”.
